I really doubt someone on Craig's list is going to pay you more than ebay prices for an item that's available in your town.

My advice would be to either return it or wait another 2 months and sell if before Christmas when the holiday supply of Wiis is sold out.

Anyway, I'm selling now so I can get more capital to buy more and sell them during December. I know how to play the game children.

 It's funny you say you're not a complete dick and then you write that last paragraph.  Doing something like taking advantage of Best Buy because they didn't have the since to check their deals is one thing, but taking advantage of people who just want a system is another thing.  Think what you want but you're a douche for reselling for a higher price on Ebay or Craig's List or whatever.

Well cdude...you must have known when you made this thread that someone was going to call you a dick-douche. I understand that you have a good posting history, but scalping has always been scoffed at around these parts. My advice....don't announce it...and don't cry when it's not panning out for you.

And follow the December advice...it's your best route at this time (other than returning it so Billy's mom can buy it for him for Christmas).

Dude, what on Earth are you talking about? If only two parties are involed and no one gets hurt, he is not being a dick. He is a willing seller and he is looking for a willing buyer. If someone thinks that a Wii is worth $300 then they are both helping each other out. Someone will not buy from him unless they think a Wii is worth at least $300. It is called the free market and it is one of the most wonderful things in the world. You are the one that is acting like a dick by calling him names for trying to help people.  So he's helping people get a Wii buy buying one and then selling it for more than it's worth?  He is doing nothing to help anyone out other than himself (he even admitted it) so don't try to defend him and say that he has some altruistic motive.  If he truly wasn't a dick he would just not buy the Wii and let someone who actually wants the system buy the system for *gasp* the actual price.

No, there's no if, ands, or buts about it, buying a system just to profit off of people is a prime example of complete douchebaggery.  Then the fact he comes here whining expecting some kind of sympathy and not expecting to be called a jerk is just amazing.
