Heh, the entire Steam site's ground to a halt due to the L4D2 demo starting.

@Shio - I tried to buy The Witcher and Stalker together, couldn't. I got an error message saying:

"Det uppstod ett fel med att starta eller uppdatera transaktionen. Vänta en stund och försök sedan igen, eller kontakta supporten om du behöver hjälp."

Translation: There was an error when starting or updating the transaction. Wait a moment and try again, or contact support if you need help.

So, I tried again. No luck.

I then tried buying only Stalker. It worked.

I then tried to buy only The Witcher. It didn't work.

Conclusion: It is impossible for me at this time to buy The Witcher.

And now it is possible. Hooray!

Why are PC games so expensive on steam MW2 is $59.99?

Blame Activision and Infinity Ward, they're the ones who increased the price of MW2. And they also removed dedicated servers from MW2, bastards.

It's not Steam's fault. Publishers/Developers control the prices of games on Steam.

Witcher is a great game, people should buy it. Personally I am looking for Enhanced Edition.

I'm not sure what you mean, all copies of The Witcher are basically the enhanced edition, because there's a free update that upgrades the orginial versions into enhanced editions.
