So the new American pre-order charts are up and it looks like MAG has broken 74,000 ALREADY with 13 weeks remaining until release thats...like...91 days.

The Charts are rising about 12.5k per week in the current state...and lets say that lasts for another 5 weeks...then gets the typical bump at the 8 week remaining mark...and starts selling say 25,000 for 5 weeks at the least then drops back to the 15-16k range for final three weeks...

We should be looking at 300-350k Preorders...Which is not to bad AT ALL considering the extreme release scheduel surrounding it...And this is just America.

Tack on another (high) 300k for Europe and you have your self around 620,000 in just preorders...

Now tack on the shelf sales and you find yourself around the 1 million units sold mark First week, which being a high profile modern warfare type shoter it will have legs- Sales will not slide as quickly as they did for Killzone 2 for instance (which is still selling about 25000 each week)

Could be looking at a 2.5million game for 2 quarters.

Skeptical numbers yes.

Any game focused solely on online is going to loose a lot of customers to MW2....
When all your friends have MW2 and you have MAG, if you want to play with them you're going to play MW2...

Hopefully this game will be like Warhawk and Socom since it is online only. $39.99 for just the game at launch and $59.99 with the Bluetooth Bundle.

It will probably sell more than Killzone 2 in 1st week.

ppl need more mmo's on consoles:)
