Can PS3 keep the momentum going?  Since the Slim came out, PS3 has outsold the Xbox360 by 1+ million.  The PS3 is selling at least 100k per week more.  During the Christmas period, can PS3 increase the weekly sales gap?   

Possibly. The biggest months of the year are coming up. Its going to be interesting to see how PS3 Slim and Xbox 360 fair during Black Friday

Expect all consoles to almost sell out.

Outsell the 360 by 2 million from now or including that 1 million? I think if you include the 1 million then yes. From now.. I'm not sure because It'd have to basically do it all in Japan and Others.

for the upcoming 2 months onyl MAYBE (hope YES but rather think that NOT)

Anyway at the end of 2016 (10 year PS3 lifecycle) - PS3 will be more successful than X360 - for sure!!!

can't see why not, ps3 will have a great christmas and so will wii. hard to predict 360 sales though.
