Must be the first review for Episodes from Liberty City. 9/10 is good from Edge.

I've found that the written review is what's important from EDGE and the score is just added at the end to appease people wanting a score. I'm interested in what EDGE have to say about NSMBWii.

It's interesting that they gave New Super Mario Bros. an 8.
That means this one is worse, in their opinion. I'd love to read that review. Any scans?

I don't understand this reasoning. EDGE Magazine, like all publications has contributors who will provide a different take when given the same material for evaluation. Drawing this conclusion without knowing who reviewed the game and their reasoning doesn't make sense. Whoever reviewed NSMB Wii isn't bound by whoever wrote the DS review, assuming different people reviewed those games.

Given that it's almost mandatory to add 1 or 2 points to an Edge score to make it accurate, 7 is not so bad!!! Will wait and see what it gets elsewhere before I jump to conclusions. Edge are w*nkers after all!!! Edge have given some of my favourite games a 7 so I aint gonna cry about it...(if everyone else gives it a 7 I'll cry though!)...they probably gave it that score cos it aint nuffin new as a game (they favour progression over other factors)
Not to mention that they have it in for nintendo...
But Hey, mebbe it really is not so good?
(seriously, a 7 from edge aint nuffin to worry about though!)
