Everyone stated why they feel like they do so go on, what is the point to argue about something that stupid like "he wrote very good instead of amazing". I think EU numbers count for less than a week, U2 was released late in the week there. EU sales for U2 next week should bring the game above 1.2m.
I still see this game selling 2m by Jan 2010.

Awesome start. Just curious but when do games launch in mainland EU? Here in the UK ALL games hit stores on friday. So the "only two days" claims I don't get.
However, no doubt second week EU sales should be stronger than the US.

Wait, is this including first week sales for EU too, I mean, it came out on Friday, it's been 5 days, give it another 2 and we'll see, lol.

I'll make it short. It would be amazing for me if it made 1.2m first week because that would be the amount I wouldn't expect in the first place or was expecting on the high end.

If it goes down to the franchise, the progress of sales is indeed amazing, but from the start I was judging the sales of indyvidual stunning game which is "Uncharted 2" and not the progress of the franchise.

That's my way of looking at it.

Actually, that's not personal opinion. You're asserting your opinion as fact by saying Uncharted is starting like a normal PS3 exclusive which past sales data shows result quite contrary.
