Sure, why not?

we can have an election every week, and let that person serve as delegate as much as much as they're elected...

This sounds like a fair and democratic way to decide this. I will hae no part of it. I will continue to endorse people at random in the hopes that no one will ever know who the delegate will be in 5 seconds. Besides, the whole process is an election currently.

Here's the catch: only WA members can give endorsements, but every person on VGChartz (who has joined the game) should be able to vote. When a winner is decided, all WA members endorse the chosen delegate.

Does that sound fair?

I know.  But it just seemed weird to me.  And I don't plan to go down the toilet.  Maybe I can go the route of dtewi and gniztopia, and avoid it by outlawing toilets.
