Also, I say we simply have a vote, right here, as to who should be the delegate.
Here's the catch: only WA members can give endorsements, but every person on VGChartz (who has joined the game) should be able to vote. When a winner is decided, all WA members endorse the chosen delegate.
Does that sound fair?
