that happened to me 1-2 two years ago, had luck that it was a game i bought for 5 eur.

but yeah it sucks. contact amazon, and say that you didnt get the ordered item til now (whats the truth), and ask for bringing later deliveries to your door, or the post office if youre not at home.

I just resolved the matter, and I'm gonna get a new copy tomorrow, so I'm happy. Also i will need to sign it.

You need to notify Amazon. If they do not provide any help, you should call your credit card company.

Thieves steal anything, it doesn't matter if they actually want or will use what they steal, if the opportunity is there they just do it.   Besides it was probably in packaging and could have been anything.

 

I question what world you live in where you think such a theirf would admit to stealing and give it back.

I was shocked how nice it was actually. I got used to piss poor costumer support. So it was a nice change.
