I think I got it on day two. Anyway, I beat it a few days ago and I have to say that it is amazing. Those that are worrying about the stylus controls don't have to since they work perfectly.
Currently Playing: Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart 8, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Smash Bros for Wii U
Predictions:
Super Mario Galaxy will pass Super Mario 64 in total sales CORRECT!
| RolStoppable said: I got it on Thursday and beat it on Friday. I am a little disappointed in the game, sometimes I just wish I could control Link with the d-pad, although generally the controls work well. No heart pieces and no bottles means less collectibles. What bothers me most is that the ship parts you get from treasure chests are random, so it depends on luck to get all parts. I just like it better when everything is in its place and I don't have to depend on luck to get everything in a game. Don't ge me wrong, it's a great game, but for my taste it hasn't got enough stuff to collect and it's a little bit too short. |
I think the same thing.
I got it either the day of release, or the day after. Can't remember. Still playing it, savoring it like fine wine.

Maybe you should pick up Brain Training. It seems you would really need it. |

aaaaargh bloody ship parts!! I swear I've played that god damn cannon game so many times and get the same damn ship parts every time. AARGHERGH!!
in other news, I like how there's a dead person in the ocean king's temple who says "I really regret saying that I wish I could move with the d-pad". To be honest, touchscreen controls >>> d-pad with the exception of rolling, but at least you don't have to do that much.
Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!
Had it for a couple weeks. My wife's a retail rep for Nintendo, so we get all the first-party stuff shortly before released. Now, I haven't got a chance to PLAY it yet . . .
I'll probably get it for christmas. I have to many games I have to beat still. Plus Gh3 is coming out soon.
I may buy it after I beat Wind Waker (Just bought it a wii OK! Never owned a gamecube ;p)
