Well first off they both look great but they are difficult to really compare as they both go for slightly different styles. Alan Wake is more 'realistic' looking where as Uncharted 2 goes for a much brighter look. The lighting in AW is great but it's the level of detail in U2 that really makes it stand out from every other game. I've not seen a game that brings urban landscapes to life as well as U2 does.

Those screens for Uncharted 2 do not justify it's jaw-dropping visual fidelity.

Alan Wake looks like it's going to have some awesome weather/lighting effects and some nice big free roaming environments. It's also probably going to be a great game, but at the moment, Uncharted 2 trumps it in the graphics department.

Honestly, there isn't much for the foreseeable future that can challenge Uncharted 2 in my opinion.

And how I said before... Splinter Cell Conviction has better graphics than Alan Wake on 360 (by screens and videos... of course).
