It always sucks to know that you're buying a lower version of something.

It's like buying a used game over a new game.

Doesn't matter. The score is still too high for both versions, while I certainly agree that the PS3 version should be a bit lower.
Someone @NeoGaf posted that the framerate for the PS3 version is around 25-45 and the 360 version is 55-60. Plus the lower res textures for the PS3 version.

Probably the worst port of 2009.

From my understanding, Platinum Games developed the 360 version in house and Sega handled the PS3 port. Supposedly the 360 version runs slightly better. So I'm not surprised in the score difference, however Famitsu has begun to hand perfect scores like candy over the past 2 years. So who knows how good Bayonetta actually is.

LOL, PS3 gets the neglected step-child version yet again (Orange Box anyone?).  No, seriously, that's just wrong.  They should have just made it a 360 timed exclusive; that way they could put all their attention into making the PS3 version just as good, if not better.  Maybe they didn't have a choice ,however, seeing as THIS... IS.... SEGA.  Sorry PS3 owners.

yeah, because we all know that time exclusive means the team will focus on the port (Organe Box anyone?)

What are you on about?  Orange Box came out at the same time on both systems, right?  So it wasn't timed exclusive and therefore they could no longer improve the game for PS3.  Basically what I said, so what are you getting at?

No, it came ouf a month or two after for the PS3

This will be one of the few games I get for 360 in 2010 besides the RB/GH stuff. The 360 demo did play noticeably better than the PS3 one for me, even though I don't like the 360 controller for these kind of games, or any games except FPS.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Is this the new strategy of M$$$? Pay for a better version and to get a 40 in famitsu?

I think it's the opposite actually. Sony stopped paying their monthly fees to Sega for exclusivity of their titles and this was the consequence.
