Tough to say what the breaking point would be. It could be ten dollars more, it could be a hundred. As Long as the service provided is worth the amount charged I'll continue to be a gold member.
LOL...gotta love all the folks who don't even HAVE a 360, much less an Xbox commenting...really, can't it already be assumed that you wouldn't pay anything? Do you need to post anyway and clutter the thread...that's why I just posted my high amount to pay!
I would probably pay up to $120 a year or $10 a month at max. But i would rather the prices stay the same or fall.

Really...$500 I would think would be the minimum people would be willing to pay...

So you would continue to pay for XBL at $100 per year then? |
whats wrong with that. i would pay $100 dollars a year for xbl. its is only $8 a month.
Guess I'd go up to 80 euros a year.
Microsoft did the right thing with Xbox Live. It adds value to the platform, attracts the best customers, reduces costs for developpers, and with the gamertag system it ensures customer loyalty.
Sony and Nintendo will eventually copy them and in the mean-time they are losing their most high valued customers who hate cheating, lag, and irresponsably bad firmware updates.
God i hate fanboys, almost as much as they hate facts

Did you meet these issues on PSN? I for one never did.
So before the issue for payment was features, now the line is getting way thinner. Continue paying because all your friends do so? That seems flawed reasoning, the way I see it.

I agree, and people gladly pay $15 a month for WoW. But MS is already making billions with Live.
All of their accessories are way over priced, they are the only ones charging for online play in general, and now they want more? I love my 360 but I'm getting tired of their greedy bullshit.

well, yeah, especially when the OP is aimed mainly at gold users. Fanboys are so fun aren't they?
