I'm truly out of touch, it seems.
Age of Conan...ehm ok.
I agree with Oblivion.
Mass Effect should be second.
I'm suprised to see WKC there considering the sour reception it had in Japan.
Nothing good came out on the Wii?

I was thinking about getting The World Ends With You sometime. I'm going to assume you really liked it? |
I did. It's a very unique game. The fighting is done with the touchscreen, not menu based. You actually slash, tap or whatever to the stylus to get your different powers off. The artistic design is probably Nomura's best work (I'm not a big fan of his work usually). The story is definitely unique and is not your typical child with amnesia trying to save the world/universe from some demigod.
Considering how cheap you can find it usually, I would definitely consider the purchase. It's my favorite original PRG on the DS.
No Tales of Vesperia??? Fail.
Demons Souls deserves TOP1.

Its great but FF4 was much better imo!
Great list, but I would replace Folklore with Vesperia.
As for #2 Demon's Souls, I agree with it's placement. I enjoyed it much more than Mass Effect, Fable 2, Vesperia, Chronicles, Fallout 3 (Awesome game) and any other game on that list, except for the #1 choice.
Oblivion was something else for me, best way I can explain it is this-
I first played the game, couldn't get used to it or it's 1st person view. I hated it, I would complain about it on message boards and forums. I would ask how anyone would enjoy it as much as they did and claim it to be so amazing. I left it sitting on my game shelf for almost a year.
I then went back and picked it up again, placed into a PS3 and gave it another shot. Next thing I know I dumped 120+ hours into it before even going to Kvatch. The amount of stuff I could do in that game is incredible.
Hard choice on #1, but based on what I have played so far I give it to Oblivion, but it is always possible that it will change.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
Currently playing:
Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Fable above Fallout? Blecch. I'm all for opinion, but some things just aren't true. I can definitely agree with Oblivion as the top game though. It's really fun, and there's so much to do.
