Doesn't look like ratchet will break 90.

Indeed it won't but it's an awesome game though. Deserves every sale it gets.

It's a shame, ratchet never seems to get any limelight.

Well, being stuck between uncharted, assassin's creed II and Modern Warfare II isn't the biggest gift to the game though. Hopefully, it'll break the previous numbers (ToD) though.

problem with R&C is that it's too similar to the previous games, and that's been the main criticism from the reviews I've read and the basis of the 'low' scores.

MW2, AC2, and god of war collection are certainties.

Being like previous games is a bad thing? psh... reviewers...

That's a moot point when games like Call of Duty, Forza, Gran Turismo, God of War, Halo and all those basically all base themselves on the same ol' gameplay with additional tweaks. They've added SMG-like worlds and some new gameplay elements. People cannot expect a series to revolutionize itself with every step. It's hypocritical to shout similarity for R&C and deduct points for it when other games soar higher than ever before, while basically doing the exact same thing as the prequels...

OT: I've always considered a AAA game to be disc based... a game that when browsing the game section specific titles pop out that has been "unniversally acclaimed"... basicallly when someone goes down the game isle they can visually see what each system has and makes a decision which one they want... PSN/Live games are hardly system sellers. GoW thing might be 90+ on metacritic but I wouldnt consider it AAA.

How can you not add Dragon Age Origins ?
It's made by freakin' Bioware !

Oh and well I wouldn't add FFXIII. There won't be enough reviews until Jan 1st 2010.

Let's be serious

Dragon Age has no chances of breaking 90+.

To do so Bioware had to do rpg lite shooter hybrid thinking hardcore average looking rpg can do it is delusional.
