Hardware - fine, in the major countries probably more accurate than the American data, but less so in smaller regions where there has never been anything to compare it to.

High end software - overall probably about as accurate as Americas, but maybe not when broken down to countries

Low end software (stuff that you generally only see in the top 100 for 2-3 weeks) - probably quite poor, better than nothing, but take most with a pinch of salt.

Archive software (SW that was selling in the early days of VGC or even before that) - This is more measured in completeness than accuracy, and "others" is still quite a way behind Americas, and Americas quite a way behind Japan... but it's all improving pretty fast.
