Japan does not have civil rights legislation which enforces or penalizes discriminatory activities committed by citizens, businesses, or non-governmental organizations.

They are very racist against other Asians it seems.  There companies employ more non-Japanese asians in America branches than they do in their own country.

How do you feel about Japanese corporations and their policies?

Well, I was shocked to hear about their citizenship and suffrage policies. I had no idea that some countries were still living centuries ago.
