Just to stop to many people reading to much into a very bad translation. 3 days ago, in the other ME2 thread was posted firm confirmation that ME1 and 2 are tied up in an exclusitivity deal for ONLY PC/360. There is no way out of the deal either. Bioware head honcho confirmed it. The only possibility is ME3 for another console. Go read the other thread.

it's the same for mass effect, it moved to EA with bioware,
EA it's also publishing 2.
