Well VGC was spot on with the 360 and VGC had the difference correct but totals low for the PS3 and Wii.....what exactly is closer....its not 360 an dPS3 because thats a larger margin than we would have expected based on Bretts numbers?

This is what I find funny about vghcartz. 

 

Whenever i post my oppions on the subject posters just come in and just say ""block him"" without even posting something related to the topic...I wont go out of my way to do this.  Yet I'm called a troll. 

If you honestly don't like what I post, then don't quote or reply to me.  Its that simple, or just block me either way I dont care, I just find it funny, you guys take it so seriously to the point  your willing to come into topics I post in just to tell people to block me, or be like soriku and suddenly act all dramatic ""I tried to reason with him.""

What?  I never met him or even got a message from him once.  I didn't relise forums have become so serious lately. 

 


 

I'm sorry there are opinions and then there's what you said which was a lie. The PS3 Slim was seen as nothing but a regular price drop in the begining. The owner of this site predicted 600k for the month worldwide, The Source saw the Slim as one week hype and back to normal. Even most PS3 fans were shock with the success of the Slim, so please try understand opinion from lying. You are wrong, that's it.

If you post reasoning that is logical this wont happen.

When you post about how horrible the PS3 slim/cut did while ignoring the logic that the amount it outsold the Wii in tonights NPD is the same as VGchartz estimates for the whole month it doesnt make sense.

The cut has been viewed as immensely successful all month, the numbers are equal compared to each other, and now youre trying to make it sound like th ePS3 failed when these numbers arent any different than whats been here all month.

Logic in your arguments trump everything, you can bitch and whine but unless you explain your reasoning when on the top it doesnt make sense your post should be torn apart.

Errr....for NPD?  I always thought they changed for financial statement reports, not for other sampling source, but I could be wrong.

nope they always adjust things when more reliable figures come out, VGC is as close as you can get to reliable when it comes to free data.

nope they always adjust things when more reliable figures come out, VGC is as close as you can get to reliable when it comes to free data.

Exactly, They dont change them to match NPD, i think if theres something glaring it will be adjusted accordingly, like Wii Rockband and probably Wii and PS3 since both would be hard for VGC to track d/t the price cuts and the remodel.

I was thinking about the Wii and PS3...I expected it to be a little wider...Wii cut happened on the first.  As for the 360 and PS3...it's about where I expected it to be...the 360 dropped it's price to match the PS3, but other than Halo ODST at the end of hte month, there wasn't much catalyst to boost sales, whereas PS3 had the hype of the Slim's launch.  We will have to see how things shake out in Oct, but November and December are going to be the month of deals...
