As for your recollection, I believe that I misstated the name of that company, which is a common mistake. It could have just as easily been a spelling error, or a mental mistake, and wasn't necessarily due to a basic lack of knowledge concerning the developer or the game. It was just used by you, out of context, to discredit me, which was wrong.

In fact, it's never wise to assume that I have little knowledge on any subject. Especially gaming. I'm sure you already knew that.

Fumito gets the nod from me. I really enjoy Kojima's games, but Ico and SotC are just too amazing not to favor Ueda.

And yeah, you definitely do. There are a lot of people - I think Twesterm might be one of them, but he's a bad example because I don't think he particularly cared for SotC - who prefer it to Shadow. I don't know baout that, but it is a masterpiece.

I never implied that, I'm not a 360 or a Wii fan, and I didn't mean to offend you. Khuutra is right, let's stay on topic.

I didn't really like MGS4, to be honest. I thought it was more of a homage to the other great games in the series, than an independant entry, and the boss battles were really the least innovative in series. However, MGS1 and 3(my two favorites) are the games that raise the series above and beyond the spectrum for me. MGS is still, imo, one of the best games ever made, and that's why I voted Kojima.

I do give the artstyle dept for SotC props, though. Interesting stuff. Though, gameplay is where it counts, and making an obviously Zelda inspired knockoff without the dungeons, monsters, or story didn't quite enthrall me as I once thought it might, no matter how purty is turned out. Maybe I just don't understand atmosphere or implied themes in videogames. That said, it does pay homage to Zelda. I give it an 8/10.
