It was around this time (oct/nov) in 2006 that the J man bought his little white machine unaware of its hardware problems....

For around the first 6 months the J man left his 360 on for days (thanks oblivion) due to lack of a harddrive....and also placed it beside our heater.

Its been 3 years now and the J man can say with confidence that his 360 , even through the abuse , is still running like the day he un-boxed it.

Still sounds like a fighter jet though...but I wouldnt have it any other way...lol

Three years isn't bad but It's pretty sad we have to celebrate over that.

I know a few people that have theres over four years with no issues, and I thought I would be the same. Then one day (Soul Calibur 4) launch the thing just went poof.

We got two 360's in the house anyways (One for me, and one for the wife.) so chances of both dying are pretty slim.

Edit: Well theres are close to four years anyways.

My friend's died last month. He wouldn't mind much (he rarely plays any games now unless it's co-op with me . . . or Madden), but it's also the only DVD player he has.

I have no idea why I'm sharing this.
