are you sure they're gonna use that? That's already the TBS theme song for the MLB 2009 playoffs. I love the song though, so catchy everytime they play it while watching the Red Sox choke...

A Bon Jovi song is sure as hell better than that j-pop crap Square-Enix/Namco or any other japanese company usually come out with for their games. Half the time these j-pop songs are literally embarassing to listen to, especially if you read the lyrics.

I dont like Bon Jovi much, but damn, this is great news.

Why the hatred for not using Jpop and choosing something more worldwide known?

I see nothing wrong with the song and it fits the game really well IMO

not that it matters for me but as far as I understand the article, it just for the commercial of the game, not the main theme inside it...

This actually benefits the game's appeal.

People preoccupied with something else while the TV is on may look over and actually take two seconds to look at the game because of this song.

Better than extremely generic "friends forever" Japanese crap song.

Why can't they just license a song by The Pillows and be done with it? Terminal Heaven's Rock, Carnival, Another Morning, etc. They all work well in a JRPG
