There's something on this list that doesn't fit. Why he didn't mention Madden, FIFA and the sports games? Those are actually in a worse creative situation than the 8 games listed. (except Guitar Hero)

There is a lack of JRPG Franchises on the list like, Final Fantasy and Tales of, Therefore this list gets an F plain and simple. The author did even try. Better luck next time.
