Forums - Sony - I got Persona 4!

I kept the Party of Yosuke/Chie/Yukiko all the time I played the game, didn't bother leveling up all over again for the other characters :P

You don't need to replace Chie with Rise because Rise will take the place that Teddy had as being the main party helper ;) Her abilities are passive ones that will help you just as teddy helped you along the way.

I liked Setanta, but once you get to Strength Hanuman(level 42), you'll see a ton of all enemies physical attacks ;).

I didn't care too much about King Moron, kinda expected him to die :P You'll be surprised once you end the related search for his murdered ;)

Ose isn't all bad either. But once you get to Lvl 38, try fusing Black Frost. He's very useful.

I used Yosuke/Yukiko/Chie at first, but in the late part of the game I ended up using Yukiko/Teddie/Naoto

Yukiko should be a permanent fixture in your party, her magic is way too strong

Salvation and Samarecarm = Win

I used Yosuke/Chie/Yukiko but ended up with Yosuke/Teddie/Yukiko. It's a shame that Teddie and Yukiko keep their weaknesses though =(

This topic makes me want to go ahead and finish Persona 3.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,

Naoto has value on her Megido type spells, but I rather have Megidolaon on my Helel and Salvation plus Samarecarm on Yukiko, Rampage on Chie and Marakukaja on Yosuke, that's basically my whole strategy for end game play :P

@Soriku

It depends on your Agl rating more than sheer luck, so by end game, with an Agl rating of 60+ you'll be hitting constantly x2 and even x3 ;)

To be honest, I had promised myself that I'd use Naoto before I started playing the game, I didn't even care if she sucked or not (which she doesn't), I loved her design and wanted to use her

So I got to Mitsou's dungeon. This dungeon sucks because the enemies are so powerful D:< Rise's dungeon had a good balance of difficulty, this one just has way too strong enemies in the later floors. I got to the 9th floor after dodging a lot of enemies but it seems I need to kill some miniboss on floor 7 so I can get an item to open the door. Should I level up some?

I had a feeling that Mitsuo was going to be involved in some way. I wasn't surprised that he was the killer (though I'm pretty sure he's not the main enemy :P) Ever since you first see him you get a really creepy feeling from him and you know he's gonna be involved.  Mooroka will be avenged! This kid's ugly, lol.

Btw, Setanta really isn't that great :/ Any other recommendations? Btw my Ganga knows Mediarama now.

I'll repeat this again. STRENGTH ARCANA. They're the best Personas, I saw you liked Rakshasa, I used that Persona until like level 33, it was a serial killer, simply outstanding. Always have a Persona from that Arcana

Well, whatever you get in a shuffle is useless until fused, so it's not a big loss. After all, shuffle personas know barely any skills, they're just fusion fodder

OK. Right now I'm 37 or 38. My Rakshasa is 26. I think I'll be getting an Oni. I got one from a shuffle but then I died and lost it :/ Oh well, I have a 9/10 of the Strength social link so fusing will be better anyways.

You could take on the miniboss at your current level. You need to go up 5 - 7 levels for the dungeon boss though. Trust me on this one. Also try to find a few personas that have strong magic attacks - the ones that end with -dyne.
