Yea and Dead space...You can add XBOX 360 Top 5 suprisingly good games.Or maybe you want us to argue with each other and get this thread to page 5?

These are my top 5 surprisingly good games across all platforms not top 5 games of the generation. PS3 games are included in the list in the form of multiplatform games.

This list needs more Ghostbusters, though I guess everyone expected that one to be good.

Oh god no. The level design was horrendous ;)

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

Valkyria Chronicles

Lost Winds and World of Goo on wiiware both took me by surprise; they are both so wonderfully detailed, expansive, complete and utterly fun considering they are download only titles with a small size limit. I expected them to be good...but not this good! They are better than most full retail games in my honest opinion. Developers for both games did a great job squeezing the maximum experience out of such a small file size.

completely agree with crackdown and dead rising.

i hate no more heroes, the game is boring as hell.

I love burnout paradise, but i don't think it was a surprise that the game turned out to be AAA.

We'll agree to disagree on No More Heroes but you'd be surprised how many Burnout players think Paradise was a disaster cause of no race restarts and the open-world elements.

i fell for the hype for NMH, it was the last game i bought for full price for the Wii, but i learned my lesson, and now i wait for Wii games to drop in price.

I agree, most burnout players didn't embrace paraside as they should have. The game is just so fuckin fun.

- Endless ocean
- Speed Racer Wii
- Trauma Center: Second Opinion
- Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
- Wii Play

My biggest surprise was probably batman AA. I still haven't gotten over how awesome it is.
