The easiest answer to boost sales more is to cut $35 - $50 on the arcade. That will help out for the people who want a cheap console without a hard drive. I think they should sit tight until black friday and then react.

halo4? COD6 is multi but it will sell much more on xbox. i think price cut isn't the answer for the xbox.

PS2 didn't hit $100 until 9 years after its release. I highly doubt the 360 would hit $100 after just 5.
