How is this going to be a sleeper hit when noone stocks it ? I mean even gamestop/eb games are sold out and many of them didn't even stock more than their preorders.. :\

 

It has the possibilities of being a sleeper hit with it's grand reviews and people asking for it.. that's why it's a shame that retailers are preventing it.

It's not out in Europe . Luckily, I have a relative going to the states next month so might have to ask them to get me a copy (assuming they can find one!)

I forgot to mention. In 2-1 (i think). its really dark. And there are these guys that are basically like.. Cthulu people? anyway, they just kinda silently walk along. Except for their bells. They have like bell lamps that emit a very small amount of light and ring as they walk.

They use like... shooting soul arrows at you, and if you get close...they grab onto you with their tenticle faces and like eat you. anyway its awesome.

Game is super freaky.

fixed :]. they also stun you, waiting behind pillars for them to turn there back is a good tactic :P

Yesss! The game is amazing. It's hard but that's what makes it satisfying. The truth is I've never really liked games that were too hard. But after years of playing games that seem to hold your hand the whole way through
Demon's Souls is a breath of fresh air.

You will probobly enjouy Demon's Souls if you enjoyed:

Metroid
Zelda
Oblivion
Fallout
Castlevania: SOTN

The game is up there with all the classics. If you own a PS3 and don't own this game you're doing it WRONG!

Because they say it's old-school difficult, and i just don't have patience for that anymore. I like challenging games, not insanely difficult throw-your-controller-out-the-window games.
