where are the trailers, gameplay vids, updated screens?

Thats what im wondering. i constantly check IGN for any updates but no luck.

The Wii version of CoD:WaW had a similar media blackout. A little less because it got a six-second clip at Nintendo's E3 presentation.

The point is, that game turned out alright. I expect MWR will also turn out alright. Just don't expect anything amazing. We're talking about Activision here.

The lack of WaW info was a great feast compared to the scant pile of nothing we have for MW:R.
I know quite a lot of details about the game, but have no idea how it looks. I just hope it can actually be released on time.

OMG!  I have been thinking the same thing!  I have been looking online for any updates and I can't seem to find anything.  I am get impatient!  I wish they will come out with something, especially some game play videos or even some updated screens!  Anyways, I'm glad that I'm not the only one to ask this.

Probably because not too many people are interested in a two year old port. I am thinking that most hardcore gamers are going to own a combination of the Wii and one of the two other systems. So most of the ones that wanted to play it have already played it. So the big sites are focusing more on newer game releases that they think more people are interested in.

And I know what you are going to say. Dsister there are a lot of people that only own a Wii. And like I said earlier in my post they are more than likely casuals. And I am not saying that just because you own only a Wii that you are casual, just that most of the hardcores will own more than just the Wii

I hate to mention this fact -- but the EEDAR stats (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/10/06/eedar-37-of-wii-games-went-unreviewed-in-early-2009/) show more than one-third of Wii games did not have sufficient reviews for a metascore so far this year. While much of this is probably shovelware, it does show the lack of attention given the Wii by the gaming media.

So maybe since they don't care about a two-year old port on a system they hate, it gets no coverage.
