do we really have to see Pixar as part of Disney? I'd say they work rather autonomous outside of the Disney studios.

Then there is still the issue of when Old disney morphed into new Disney. For me personally I'd say there is a rift between the the moment there was a large focus on cartoons and the moment it switched over to a focus on live-action.

I'd say that pure Disney without Pixar was at it's best when it focused on cartoons. Hell, I feel like listening to songs from the Lion King, Fantasia, Junglebook and Aladin right now...

Does it have to be about what's better?  Lion King, Beauty and the Beat, Up, Toy Story, ect, they're all incredible.

And I don't even know how people could say anything other than old Disney.  Pixas isn't Disney so there's no point in including them.

Back on topic, I agree with Johann and Twesterm. How can you not say Old Disney?

I watched a few weeks ago Sleeping Beauty with my 2 year old niece and I remembered great and well done it is (specially the fight between the prince and Malificent).

So,  (as in not just 90s) Old Disney FTW!

Disney was great until The Beauty and the Beast.

Also Lion King still had lot of that old, sweet, cute style.

But Disney started to go down with Aladdin. Thankfully computer graphics broke through a few years later which brought back some of the cute in animation, with movies like Bug's Life, Ice Age, FInding Nemo.

Hey, I love Alladin. To me, its as great as Lion King. As a kid, it was my favorite movie.

The Lion King is just EPIC, The Beauty and the Beast is the greatest romantic story ever.

If I would have to chose between the existence of old Disney, and your painful death (whoever you are), I would chose the former.
