I dunno I dont have any source, but I can tell you the east has been flooding into the west since the economy took a dip.

Depends on Sonys definition of western regions. Mid-west is considered to some as the west. That would be whateveres west of the mississippi river. It's called the west because anything really beyond the river was settled or purchased long after the eastern part of the US.

But I still wonder why they are limiting... thats pretty foolish IMO... Then again who knows, they may start the Campaign in the West/Mid-West and then move to the east later? Who knows.
