2. People who take the big bang theory as fact, and not just a theory

As a poster I like you Chairman Mao. But thank you for demonstrating my number 2, people that don't know the difference between theory and hypothesis.

And what if I told you that you can do an experiment in your own home to test for the big bang just by using an old TV?

really? that sounds cool, lol, what do you do?

The big bang left something called cosmic background radiation (CBR), look it up anyway. Anyway if you detune an old analogue TV so you get static that is partly made up of cosmic background radiation and I also believe that is what the Planck satellite has been analysing these past few weeks, I made a thread about it a couple of weeks back.

who the fuck is Jason Stratham?

The bald guy in Snatch. Americans don't get him, we Brits do, it's really odd.

who the fuck is Jason Strathom?

I might have spelled his name wrong. But if I didn't he is one of the worst actors I have ever seen. I have hated every single one of the movies he has starred in.

It's Jason Statham.

I'm trying to imagine a world without spiders. It's a nightmare landscape that would make H. R. Giger crap his pants. You people really don't want that.

How come I haven't heard of this before? I'm British and I like intelligent comedy...

1. People who can't think logically, or refuse to.
2. Lobbyists of all political colours.
3. Books by Dan Brown
4. Soft A-level subjects
5. Spiders

It's all a reference to the book 1984.

I think maybe room 101 was a few years before your time. But either way I can suggest watching the later 7 or 8 series with Paul Merton. The basic concept of the show is that Paul Merton interviews someone about the top five things they think the world would be better off without. They basically debate about certain things in the world and then decide if they are good or bad. It ran for what must have been a dozen series, it was really good.

They've had some really good guests on, Spike Milligan, Sir Patrick Moore, Sir Alan Sugar, Ricky Gervais, Stephen Fry, Jeremy Clarkson, Boris Johnson, Harry Hill, Will Self, sir Michael Gambon. But the best two episodes are the two with Ian Hislop, as you know Merton and Hislop have real chemistry together and they are essentially a double act by default, those two shows are hilarious.
