Forums - Sales - Biggest publishers of the 7th generation (all machines combined)

I know this is asking too much, but this thread is awesome... except for the fact that its raw numbers, and not revenue, or better yet, net income from software. It'd be great to see which publishers thrive on inexpensive wares, relatively, as presumably this list includes handhelds.

As far as revenue goes, all of the 1st party publishers don't pay licensing fees, making Nintendo even more impressive! Also, Sony Computer Entertainment does not include SOE -- they're different companies, even if they have the same parent, which is a little confusing (although I don't think SOE would count for too much, since they mostly sell PC games, I think).

I am more impresed with Sony.

I mean they have the least hardware to work with out of all the companies and yet they sell more then most.

Go figure

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

I forgot Namco Bandai! Thanks, Axumblade.

Namco Bandai - 33.12 million.

It has been added to the list.

Edit:

And technically, Serious Frustrating, Microsoft is more impressive in that manner

Sony has both Ps3 and PsP to work with, which is a total of 76 million hardware units, whereas Microsoft only has the 32 million X360s.

(Although I wouldn't put too much into this way of thinking, I felt like pointing that out).

im proud of SEGA

I knew Nintendo dominated software, but not THAT much.

good list... good thread...

Well, you could put some medium sized publishers numbers, like Koei, Atlus, NIS, and etc.

Damn @ Nintendo

Wow good job Ms!
