it depends on your magic level. I had a blue phatoms help but when I was able to get a clear shot at his face it did quite a bit of damage. I am a mage though...

Tower knight is actually very easy, you just have to kill the bowmen , and then focus on getting under him most of the time, dont go behind him or infront of him, and focus on his feet, if they move back away.

edit: and focus on hitting his head while he is down.
