Noticed we didn't have a thread discussing weekly mangas, since reading the weekly fan translations are a big thing we can discuss the current weeks releases, or you can bring up an older manga you just got around to!

Bleach- This weeks Bleach left in a cliffhanger and seemingly killed one of the characters I rather liked, while I'm pissed how they left it hanging (per usual) I'm really interested to see what the next weeks manga holds.

Naruto- This week War was declared in the Ninja World and Madaras revealed his whole plot to the kages, crazy stuff going down but it should be a few good upcoming issues (too bad we won't see Sasuke finish his battle with the Kages) in the end this series has not pissed me off like the WHOLE ENTIRE Pain story.

I'll have to read this week's Naruto and Bleach before I can discuss with you :(

Naruto - that's how we got our moon? really creative!

Bleach - hmmmmm I think Bleach is moving too slowly now. And Aizen, Ichimaru, and Tōsen are just way too strong for no reason.

Naruto- Yeah, sounds like one of those crazy folk tales, "this really powerful ninja made the moon years ago", its crazy he's basically going to use it for a giant eye.

Bleach- Ever since they started having battles on two fronts and switching back and forth it seems they slowed down the pacing a lot, the anime is catching up with the manga every season now because depicting one of the mangas only takes up about a 5th of an episode where as it used to be about a third, which is why we're getting TONS of filler arcs, thankfully the writing staff for bleach is getting decent so its not as crap as Naruto filler :P

Maybe I should start watching the anime again... the fighting looks way better in anime but the side story/filler was really boring for me.

Naruto - I wonder when the Eight Tail would show up again. And I hope Tsunade comes back.

The Bleach on Naruto anime? Bleach anime is awesome to me though the filler arcs are a pain. Naruto on the other hand can be a mixed bag even if it is on the main story.

Naruto- Am I the only one that think it's bullshit that this anime has talked about the tailed beasts for so long but this is the first word of a ten tailed beast? Really sounds stupid if you ask me especially since the tailed beasts can be summoned by people like Madaras but they were supposed to be sealed within people by what Madaras said (maybe I'm missing something)

mostly just Naruto anime. I stopped really early for Bleach anime. I didn't even get past the part when they were fighting the vampires.

Naruto - well Madaras did explain where he got the information from - the book that can only be read by the bloodline eyes (not sure what it's called in English exactly since I read the manga in Chinese). Maybe he sealed all of them (1-7) within himself which makes him uber powerful.

Oh you stopped watching during one of the suck arcs for Bleach... yeah that's all filler...

NAruto - yeah he explained that and he does have the tailed beasts sealed within him so far cause he said he could take on the kages with that power alone. Even though he had just said he's a shell of his former self JUST before that...

Bleach- This week built you up for an epic fight and then it ended abruptly as usual... kinda irritates me, but I can't wait to see how it plays out like normal.

Naruto- The manga is going a lot better than it was, "war were declared" and now everyone is making their plans, and another good fight was set up right before the end of the manga, all around nice read.
