Tales of Graces is Dec.9th.

Presumably I think that means Samurai Warriors 3 is the last week of the year.

I'm thinking a ToG Wii is coming ... silver Wii perhaps? They did a mint green GameCube for Symphonia which I thought was kinda fugly.

:O Link please, so I can update my thread.

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

It's December 10th actually, not the 9th.

The 9th? Why are they releasing it on a Wednesday?

EDIT: The 10th, I see. Better than the 17th, that's for sure.

Thank you Soundwave.

That's pretty daring on Nintendo's part to bring NSMBW on December to counter FFXIII, so it means they'll have a ballsy December. So for November that leaves us with, what? Mario and Sonic and the Olympics and FFCC:CB? Or am I missing something else?

Around the Network

Mario & Sonic Olympics, Final Fantasy: Crystal Bearers, and Taiko Drum Master 2 for November along with Wii Fit Plus which should sell decently through November (and December for that matter).

Maybe Koei should look at moving Samurai Warriors 3 back into November? Still either way, it's a decent month.

Oh that's right, I forgot about TAIKO DRUM MASTER 2. Yeah, that game was pretty big on Wii in Japan (2nd highest selling 3rd party title, right?), so a sequel was definitely called for.

Yeah, November and December shall see VERY sweet sales for Wii in Japan, especially with those titles coming out. It may be a year too late, but hey, better late than never.

@Soundwave: Sorry to bother you once again, but when was Taiko 2 announced? I thought it was Karaoke Joysound Wii 2 the one that was announced?

I'm pretty sure the release date was announced yesterday/earlier today for Taiko 2.

Nov. 19th .... which was kind of a tip off that NSMB Wii was being moved into December for Japan.

Well that's all. First the gelid TGS and now the lack of strong announcments in the Nintendo conference. Japan must be in really bad shape to not deliver this year.
