Unless they package Natal with 250GB at a great deal, I'll stick with my 120GB Elite.

I have a LOT of stuff on my 120g and still have a little over 60g worth of space left. 120 should be enough for me.
My 120 gig (Really 80 gig) is doing just fine.
Unless they come out with a 500 gig or a 1TB then i wont upgrade.
Depends on the pricing for future drives.
$99 for 120GB, $149 for 250GB seems reasonable compared to previous prices ($99 for 20GB, $199 for 120GB) until you compare that with the $199 price of the base console.
The fact that a 500GB 2.5" drive is well under $99 currently doesn't exactly help with that whole value perception thing either.
Installations would be the main reason for the extra space since I don't use the Xbox to store media. Beyond that, it would only be used to collect demos.
So the next HDD I buy for the Xbox, may well end up being whatever drive is currently being shipped with a new Xbox if and when I need to buy a replacement console.
Started off with a 20, upgraded to 120 over the summer. I only keep 3-4 retail games installed at any given time, so 120 is more than enough.

I already upgraded, got a 120gb from a friend for $60.

I just traded in my 20 gig 360 a long with a couple of games towards a preorder of the 250 gig MW2 bundle. It will be so cute.
My 60 gig is practically full since I like to install games. I hate having to uninstall games to make space for new games and worse yet reinstalling games that I want to revisit. I insist on installing games before playing them because I figure that this is best for the console (generates less heat running off hard drive, makes less noise, less work for laser, virtually no chance of scratching discs) The early adopters who got stuck with the 20 gig, that must be hell post-NXE.
I am going to buy a second pro this year. then next year when the Natal is released I will sell both of them back and pick it up along with the new chip set
