As I put in the OP. 8 drivers 4 teams. The teams will be able to design their own livery. However the car numbers I give you will need to be displayed clearly. Bonnet and both sides. Livery is up to the teams. I will release the teams when I have the correct amount of drivers. The 2 championships will be scheduled once I have sat down with the game and worked out the best tracks and season.

Ok, I'm 31 and have a seven month old kid, and ... I just spent EUR 350 on a beautiful racing wheel (fanatec Porsche 911 S series) so I can play this game (and hopefully GT5 as well) in the best conditions!

Let that be a lesson to all you kids out there, growing old (and making money) has its advantages. Just don't tell my wife...

I'd love to but could be time issues. As said earlier, I'm in EU so if races played at certain times in US, could make it hard for me to join...

Seriously. I've been a GT Acolyte for years and this game is just that good. You can still get gt5 when it comes out but if you're shying off don't do it! Get this game! It's what every racing fan loves. put aside your differences and play for the game not the platform.

I'm not sure when I'll end up getting the game, but hopefully the championships before I can pick it up will be a success so they'll still be around when I do. I'm not the best at the game, but I have fun nevertheless ;).

Selnor, I'm curious why you chose the scoring system you did? Would it not make more sense to make it at 8-point system or even a 10-point system so people that participate at least get a point out of it? There will be no difference if a person races and gets 6th-8th and if they don't race at all with the way you have it.

Maybe something like this?
1st = 10 pts
2nd = 8 pts
3rd = 6 pts
4th = 5 pts
5th = 4 pts
6th = 3 pts
7th = 2 pts
8th = 1 pts
