why would anyone make a pukemon snap spinoff without the pookeymons

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

Weren't some people on the forums boasting Afrika as a graphical masterpiece for a while. With claims of millions of grass rendered individually? is it true then that the grass is just a flat texture? While I can't comment on the gameplay it seems that graphically this game didn't meet the original expected results.

Maybe they got mixed up with Flower - now that has a lot of individually rendered grass.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

^ he probably mixed that up himself

Endless Ocean, best boring animal simulation confirmed?

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Thank you IGN.

This game looks and has looked horrible ever since it was first shown. The graphics aren't nearly as good as people like to make them out to be, and the game looks extremely dull, boring, and not replayable at all. I have no idea why so many people were saying this would be a good game. I couldn't figure it out then, and I'll never figure out those who still defend it.

Agreed.

damn i might still get this one, i like having unique games in my collection. But this review might sway me to wait till its 29.99 and under. It has a great soundtrack.

As soon as I saw the score of 3.5, I thought "Greg Miller reviewed this game"

Mr. Miller has a tendency to give games he doesn't like a lower score then it probably deserves. Not sure if it is for shock value, attention, or just to make a point. (whatever it may be) Keep in mind, this is the guy who put Singstar in his Top 3 most wanted back in 2007.

Just took a quick look at other reviews, all of them are betweeen 6 - 7 with even an 8 in there.

Or because he likes to occasionally use the full length of the rating scale, rather than only numbers above five?

So Afrika is PS3's version of Wii Music??

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I disagree on the grounds that Afrika is actually good but not to everyone's taste where as Wii music is not good period.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?
