Wii Music is almost undoubtedly the most musical of the 'music games' on the market. It's also the least like a traditional game.

The computer doesn't judge whether what you're doing is good or not, it simply lets you do it.

So what do some more people think? Is LittleBigPlanet's recent increase in sales temporary due to the Game of the Year edition and will fall back down soon? Will the increased Wii hardware sells from the price cut increase the sells of Wii Music? Which game will the holidays benefit more?

In the US LittleBigPlanet has pretty much stayed at $60.

The problem with Wii Music is that if you're not a musical person already, it's going to take hours before getting any clue how the game works. If it's given to a musician to play with, he's likely going to say how fun the game is to jam with. Me? Got the game last december and still can't do it.

i dont think its fair to include the new version that just came out for little big planet.

after all if Wii Music Plus came out LBP wouldn't have a chance..

Well, there is really no way to separate the two versions of the game, because they are listed as the same game. If a Wii Music Plus was released it would be tracked as a separate game just like Wii Fit Plus is/will be.

Anyone else have any thoughts? Getting close to 100 votes in the poll, so would really like to get some more votes in to cross that mark. Also could use some more comments about what people think sales wise, and less about thoughts on the two games (although your free to continue talking about that as well).

I block voters from seeing the results so they'll have more motivation for reading the article when it is posted and also so people will vote for what they think and not look at the results and then vote. I'm thinking about changing it in future threads if people want it.

But I have voted, and I still can't see the results. Kinda makes me wonder why I voted in the first place.
