Game looks pretty good, the story is great.The controls are fantastic and it is simply fun to play.
As mentioned, it does have some bugs otherwise the score would be higher.

Oh and I love Cole's voice

Amazing story, great gameplay, fun powers, the city is alive, and the story is good, the ending amazed me

+Comic book cutscenes are great.

-Ugly graphics
-Can be really buggy/glitchy
-Bad animations for everyone except Cole and enemies.
-No real story difference between good/evil
-"You're electric!" is used as a reason why you can't DO anything.
-No sense of ownership.

A great game really surprised me. Imo along with Uncharted its ps3s best new ip and all ps3 owners should try it.
