Is that a joke? If anything that crawls may cause remote harm to me, my family, or any human it will die. I mean, we kill things like that all the time.

Generally I let spiders do their own thing, they're great for keeping insects in check etc. But when small kids are around any spider with any poison or bigger than my little fingernail gets the shit kicked out of it.

Orb Weavers come in lots of different colors. Here is another one that looks more like your picture

Same thickness of legs, same back shap, same hairs on the legs. I think that's what you got, they aren't harmful to humans.

There are over 2700 species of this type, So i'm sure yours is one of them.

Whatever kind of spider you have, Euphoria, just be glad it isn't a golden orb weaver.
