According to TLG poster Bob from the UK, the latest issue of Play Magazine has an exclusive review of Tekken 6- perhaps the first printed one to see light. According to Bob the game scored a pretty nice 94% score. Ps3 Game is better, because the ps3-control.

 

 

I was curious about this here.  People were dropping info that the load time on the PS3 version is messed up.  Curious how true that is.

The lowered resolution is at the fault of the 360.. It couldn't handle Tekken at 1080p, and namco had problems with the motion blur (but, eventually got it on the 360). But, because 360 couldn't handle it, and it was meant to be PS3 exclusive, we end up waiting almost 2 years after the arcade release, and get lower resolution than the arcade.

Considering I'm only buying the game for PS3, and PSP, it's not a fair trade. No reason why the PS3 version could have came out in March of '08 with 1080p, and release the 360 version in October '09. They are in no way connected with each other.

Hell, 360 version on the other hand would have had Lars, and Alisa, and been called "Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion" While offering the update for PS3 owners, I guess... But, waiting, because the 360 version of the game needs to be developed is BS.

read the IGN AU. That is a great review of the game.
not the regular ign one.

 

@richard. The load times are equally bad on both consoles but the ps3 has a optional install that reduces load times to a few seconds. I presume the 360 loads times are reduced equally if you install the game there.
