This may be the most competitive holiday season in GAMING HISTORY. Microsoft is on its full frontal load with its 360 ELITE bundles, featuring 2 GAMES casual oriented, along with an extra controller and a 120gb 360 elite for $299, Nintendo selling the popular wii for $199 this holiday season, and SONY finally in the game with there $299 slimmer playstation 3.

Huge microsoft bundles already announced include MWF2 250GB ELITE BUNDLE, and ODST 250GB elite bunde, both priced for $399, Sony is rumored to have a couple of 250GB bundles of there own, and sony has started there huge bundles with the PSP. ASSASSINS CREED psp 3000 bndle with a 4GB memory stick, and AC white psp 3000 alogn with AC, HANNAH MONTANA 3000 bundle, and ofcourse the PSP GO! all priced from $169 to $249. Nintendo is already going insane with the DS, and the PStwo is $99 this holiday season.

Overall I think SONY, NINTENDO , AND MICROSOFT all have a chance at the TOP SPOT this holiday season in the U.S and OTHERS, SONY and nintendo are going to battle it out in JAPAN, once that FF XIII PS3 is released, it may be the biggest christmas in JAPAN since 2006.

How much are Wii Fit, NSMBW, and Wii Sports Resort expected to sell this year, all told?

I think 2006 was far more critical. That year turned the gaming world upside down.

We had the PS3 which people were stampeding over to buy, at least the first couple of weeks.

The underdog Wii that surprised anyone.

And the incumbent 360 which had a year head start.

So many people predicted the outcome of that season and most got it completely wrong. That's what I call competitive.

I dont know, but they are selling amazingly well (they being wii fit and wii sports resort) millions upon millions since the year began. MWF2 is on 4 platforms, the DS, PS3, 360, and PC, it may easily surpass 10 million before the end of the year.

This holiday season is gonna be pretty neck and neck with the exception of Japan where I think Final Fantasy bundles and the general release of Final Fantasy in Japan is just gonna destroy everything.

Everywhere else It's gonna be a tough call for sure.

Wii Fit is sitting at 8.6 million so far this year...

It's going to be a very interesting race.

While the margins between 1st 2nd and 3rd will be closer than anytime in the past, I still believe Wii will easily come out on top.
