AS much as I want to say how wrong this is...

The logic is irrefutable....

How is it bricking consoles?

Well, 4.2 causes some consoles to cease to function properly.

I am "agreeing" with KylieDog because he is being sarcastic: if an un-modded Wii is bricked by the 4.2 update, Nintendo fixes it for free, which is not to their financial advantage at all.

Even if it was just happenstance... bricking consoles that you just put on sale is a good idea.

People who modded and bricked will buy a new one

I say, Rol actually had a point that many PS3 owners would be getting the slim, why not upgrade? IF it was just another price-cut on the fat I suspect there would by very few, if any, PS3 owners buying a new one, This is exactly why Smashed is dead wrong, unless this was a new release of the Wii (different colors or hardware) It is not going to sell to existing owners.

Past Avatar picture!!!

Don't forget your helmet there, Master Chief!

i won't buy an other wii, but I sure as hell will buy any new nint console till they stop making them, so I guess the prediction is somewhat in the correct sense...
I did buy 3 DSes though... but technically; none for me.
