i got it before 2 days of its release date and i think its will be better than the 360 version if they add blood to the game its looks like a kids game without the blood but still playable and fun.

ngs2 is better than ng2, its more playable and more fun. im sorry.............

it records chapter challenge too.
Basically everything where scoring is involved can be recorded.
It doesn't record the story mode because that would be too many records.
When doing chapter challenge you save a ninja cinema at every save point if you want so just for a single chapter you get like 4-5 movies..
Otherwise NGS2 warrior mode is a tad too easy but mentor mode gets harder and more in line with the difficulty you would expect...( if you have any Ninja Gaiden experience you don't really die outside of bosses fight in warrior mode, things change in mentor mode though..)
PS : I'm not sure what kind of kid games the guy complaining about the lack of blood plays where there are dismembered people everywhere... This is definitly not a game for kids...

I got it after having rented the 360 version and it is LOADS better. It seems to have less off screen things flying at you (which was the big fault with the 360 version) and looks LOADS better, plus the extra stages and characters.
I think this is the new "360 exclusive" theme. Games are tested on the 360, then improved with better graphics and more features, and relesed on the PS3. NG1 Sigma was way better in much the same way.
I guess it has less blood but thats a small price to pay for the better controller, the better graphics, the free online play and the new characters. Overall it was a solid purchase for 49.99 to tide me over till Uncharted 2.

So how is the co-op? I've only played the 360 version and was intrigued when they added that feature but some reviewers didn't seem to like the addition.

It's not very deep. I expected something like exclusive new story based missions but basically, it's only a bunch of sequences from the games where there's a lot of ennemies/bosses.
