Yup, that's the correct answer, being ti from Argentina means it's better than anything Brazil can put
Speaking seriously, the Olympics for Rio are greatly deserved, and will surely boost them as city. Think of all the improvements that will need to be made (like transport), that remains after the Olympics are done, in the end it'll be great benefit for Rio.
I think we could host the Olympic Games in Buenos Aires pretty much fine. Seriously, don't believe some people that make it seem that a 3rd world country is a place where people live in shacks and you get robbed at every corner. Yes, there are poor people, but so there are in every city in the world, same with traffic jams and so on. But in the end, I don't think you'd find Buenos Aires much different to any other 10+ million people city in the world (but this one has free universities! )
