Flyers finally snap that losing streak, with 5-1 win over the devils

Hopefully the Sharks stay in first and Colorado stays put in the 8th place......

algary is in big trouble. They are four points back of Colorado and Colorado has a game in hand.

Calgary needs to beat Phoenix

Human contact, the final frontier.

Looks like Detroit will probably end up 5th, with 2 games in hand over Nashville, and only 1 point behind. That would suck for Phoenix, wouldn't it? Make your return to playoffs, for the first time in almost a decade, and your reward - last year's Western Conference Champions.

Well, better they face the Wings than us.

anyone ever seen this site? -

http://www.nhluniforms.com/

it has all the uniforms worn by all the teams that ever competed in the NHL. Some of the old defunct teams had awesome Jersey's. I really like the Hartford Whaler's jersey's, actually thinking i may end up getting Whaler Jersey (the green jersey is sold on Shop NHL.com). I'm also diggin the green dominated Oakland Seal's jersey's, saldy those aren't sold on the NHL site.

Never seen the site before (directly), although I have seen these templates before on another site (I suppose that this website was their source). I haven't gone through all of the teams yet, but I'm sure my team has probably the most jersey's listed.

I'm watching the Nucks/Ducks game and the crowd seems pretty pro-Canuck for a road game. It's probably split somewhere in the region of 60/40 Ducks to 50/50. I wonder why there's so many Canuck fans there?

Nice, nice win by the Sharks last night. Thought i'd re-post this re-cap of the game I saw this morning -

"What happened:

The Sharks beat the Canucks 4-2. The Sharks were up 4-0 at one point, then all hell broke loose and there were a shitload of penalties in the third, then everything mostly calmed down and the Sharks finished strong after a brief lapse.

What we learned:

1. The Sharks have a lot of legitimate scoring threats, and if a couple of lines are rolling they can tear teams apart.

2. If you make Rob Blake mad, he will punch you in the face.

3. Evgeni Nabokov is the greatest goalie in the world.

4. The Sharks penalty box can hold six players, but a couple will have to sit on other dudes' laps.

5. The Sharks broadcast is not on any sort of delay, so if someone decides to yell "What the fuck are you doing?" during a scrum there's a good chance it will make it on the air. This was awesome."
