When you download it, you need to open the file "NPJH90068.zip"

Inside you find a folder called PSP --> GAME --> NPJH90068

put the folder NPJH90068 in your PSP Memory stick under PSP/GAME/

victory. Has english voice acting japaneses subtitles on a NA PSP.
