So let me get this right... if guns don't make you safer, you're saying that we can take all the guns away from cops, and they can do there job equally effective with no additional risk to there safety?

no,guns dont necccerily make you safer...i know people will keep saying "but guns dont kill people,people do"...yes htats true but its far easier to kill someone in a moment of rage with a gun than anything else...they should outlaw handguns

Yes, many times. I'm a very good shot too, but I still don't like guns.

I live about 1 mile away from a rifle range and game forest and I don't people using guns for that kind of stuff, but pretty much any other reason is a big no no.

i think they hsould because they are easy to conceal,thus you dont know if anybody has one.yes i know that can lower crime but i think if evry scholl shcooter had rifles they would be more obvious to spot and if someone has a pistol then you know hteir a criminal
