The PS3 is repeating the performance of the PSP Slim, it seems.

Could PS3 sales at 50k be because of the TGS that week?
There may not have been huge announcements but despite the disappointment it's pretty much a week of solid advertising.

Come on people. Don't forget blu-ray market is rising. 2010 will mark the strong rising of blu-ray media. Everyone is going Full HD :)

Very surprised...if PS3 keeps selling over 30k also on Wii's price cut number i think i'll explode :)
I have to say that both Nintendo and Sony did very good this week.
PS3 hardware sales are very high. I´m surprised and this could mean that the future for the console is bright in Japan.
Nintendo dominates the week with NDS as usual. Great hardware sales and software is killing all others. Just look at Tomodachi! Not many pay attention to it but it sure is the big breakout hit of the year in Japan with sales not only stabilizing week after week but increasing!
Wii hardware is very low but I was afraid that it would be even lower since the pricecut is coming next week. Wii software actually did rather good since all big titles got a lift from last week, even Monster Hunter 3. It will be very exciting to see what the pricecut effect will be for Wii and PSP next week and to see how PS3 sales hold up.
How did PS3 sell 50k this week?
I wonder what MC will have for hardware.

How about new affordable 29,900 yen PS3 price?
Damn, over 310k for PS3 in Japan alone this month. I seriously didn't expect this.
